The name of our eighth video is

– Movement –

As I experienced a kind of dynamism in the past 2 weeks, something like floating energy that kept me afloat and moving forward, making my days feel like “easy”, I noticed that this same energy was palpable within this dance video this morning. This is the reason I call it “Movement”. The is a kind of flow within this energy and I hope this flow & spirit will keep on going.

To remember, one has to keep on going and persevere. No matter what can happen: keep going, keep trying, keep being.
